I have had similar issues with my beats edition hp laptop and the whole thing boiled down to in windows 10 64bit as well as using 32 bit extentions having to Microsoft Hd Audio Driver Windows 10 Download I have had to enable developer mode and sometimes sideload apps in the windows 10 pc setting in order to get drivers to install fully. I now have sound coming out of the docking station audio jack for my HP 8560p.
