I have a very frustrating problem and I hope that someone here could give me some guidelines on how to solve it, if there is a solution. the hdd is stamped with an april 2011 and is a version of the hitachi deskstar HDS721050CLA362. 0F13635. If so, did you receive it with any disks? Ask questions. dig this
